There may also be health & safety and IT issues to navigate. Once we've analysed all the information we'll produce an initial brief tailored to your own particular requirements.
Our experience over the years has shown that by focusing on getting the planning and design right at the start of the process, the quoting and implementation of the project will run more smoothly, saving both time and money.
We can visit your site to physically measure up – we're based in Ipswich although we work with clients throughout Suffolk, East Anglia and the UK – however, if a site visit isn’t possible we can use supplied drawings. Then we work together to produce initial layouts and drawings for discussion and amendments before moving forward.
Once a layout has been agreed we provide a detailed quotation and offer alternative product specifications that reflect your budget.
Flexible planning that adapts to changes
Just as business plans need to be flexible, ready to react to market changes, workspaces need to adapt too. Our plans take into account the possibility of future expansion and also downsizing, in which case the amount of office space needed may be reduced.
The current COVID pandemic is an example as office spaces may need to be reconfigured with additional requirements – such as screen dividers and social distance measures – to keep your workforce safe.

Visualising your project
To bring your office design to life we create 2D plans and 3D full-colour renders. If you need to understand the project in more detail we can produce mood boards as well as providing fabric and wood finishes for evaluation.
We also produce detailed architectural drawings as an accurate reference if on-site contractors are needed.
Guiding you through planning & building control
Should a project requires building control approval or full planning, we can work alongside a partner company experienced in ensuring the project confirms to all relevant regulations.
