Our history

A family business, still built around people.

From a family office furniture business in Ipswich to a trusted workplace partner across the UK, our story has always been about the same things: people, quality and better workspaces.

Where it started

Neil started in the office solutions industry in the 1980s, when he joined his father Malcolm in the Ipswich-based family business, Malcolm Andrew Office Solutions.

On Malcolm’s retirement Neil took over the company and became the driving force behind the business, building on the foundations and the personal service his father had put in place.

Becoming NAOS

In 2017 the business moved to new premises at Ransomes Europark, on the outskirts of Ipswich, and became Neil Andrew Office Solutions, with a new logo and colour scheme.

The new name marked the next chapter under Neil. The team, the values and the personal service our customers rely on stayed the same.
